Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare basic documentation such as booking forms, receipts, and agreements.
  • Handle incoming calls and coordinate with clients and site teams for appointments.
  • Assist sales team with follow-ups and data management.
  • Manage filing, scanning, and digital storage of documents.
  • Support administrative tasks like preparing reports, tracking payments, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years.
  • Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management ability.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with standard working hours.
  • Occasional coordination with on-site or sales team.
  • Supportive work environment with growth opportunities for dedicated performers.

Salary:

Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill level).
