Establish, manage, and expand dealer networks to maximize market penetration and increase sales volume. Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors, negotiating terms and building strong business relationships. Manage and motivate sales executives and channel partners to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for sales executives and dealers to improve product knowledge and selling skills. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and new product launches.
