Job Description

1. Booking & Reservation Management Process flight, hotel, cab, cruise, and holiday package bookings. Update booking details in CRM or reservation systems. Confirm availability with suppliers and follow up for confirmations or vouchers. 2. Customer & Vendor Coordination Communicate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and internal teams. Assist sales teams with itinerary preparation and pricing. Handle customer queries via email/phone related to bookings or changes. 3. Documentation & Data Management Prepare and maintain travel documents (vouchers, invoices, tickets, itineraries). Maintain accurate databases of customers, bookings, and vendor contacts. Ensure all documents are filed and organized as per company policies. 4. Administrative & Operational Support Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and travel itineraries. Support visa processing documentation (if required). Manage daily reporting, MIS updates, and record-keeping. 5. Finance & Billing Assistance Prepare invoices, track payments, and maintain billing records. Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payments to vendors. Reconcile bookings and handle refunds or cancellations as directed.
