About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office cum Project Associate to support our operations and project implementation activities. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage administrative tasks, data management, and assist project teams in planning and execution, ensuring smooth backend operations and timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.

• Prepare project reports, presentations, and maintain MIS/data dashboards.

• Support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.

• Communicate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure projectmilestones are met.

• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and draft official correspondence and reports.

• Track project progress and regularly update reports to management.

• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and vendor interactions for project needs.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or SocialSciences).

• Prior experience in back-office operations, administration, or project coordinationpreferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
