Job Description

Job Title: Backend Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support the company’s operations. The Backend Executive will be responsible for handling data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth back-office operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry, maintain, and update company databases/CRM systems. Prepare and manage reports, documents, and records as required. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, HR, operations, etc.) to ensure timely task completion. Handle email communication and respond to queries promptly. Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of data. Provide backend support to the sales and operations team. Identify and resolve discrepancies in records or reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a Backend Executive / Back Office Assistant / Data Entry Executive. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Minimum qualification: Graduate (or 12th Pass with relevant experience). Key Skills: Data management and reporting Communication skills (written & verbal) Problem-solving ability Team coordination Confidentiality handling
