Backend Developer

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Manage and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in
Node.js
and
TypeScript
.
Deep understanding of
MongoDB
(schema design, aggregation, indexing).
Experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth), and API integrations.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of software design principles and data structures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
