Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using

  Python and Flask

• Design and implement

  RESTful APIs

  for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services
• Work with

  PostgreSQL

  to manage and optimize relational databases
• Collaborate with AI engineers to build and integrate

  initial AI logic

  into backend workflows
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and experience with

  Flask framework

• Solid understanding of

  PostgreSQL

  and SQL optimization techniques
• Experience in

  API development and integration

• Familiarity with

  AI/ML concepts

  and ability to implement basic AI logic
• Knowledge of version control systems like

  Git

• Understanding of containerization tools like

  Docker

  is a plus
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in backend development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a bonus
