Job Role: Backend Developer Experience Required: 3-5 years Location: Noida (WFO) Read at: - https://meon.co.in/ About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, with a strong focus on Python, Django, and Flask frameworks. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django and Flask). Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in Python with deep knowledge of Django and Flask. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture. Experience with version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
