Job Summary:

Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and systems
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to implement features and services
  
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  
• Maintain data integrity and security across all backend processes
  
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
  
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend applications
  
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation
  
• Follow best practices in software engineering (version control, testing, CI/CD)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture
  
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Understanding of message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
