Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Node.js to join our remote engineering team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs, collaborating closely with front-end developers, and contributing to the architecture and integration of modern web applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end applications using Node.js Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP) Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and database schemas Work independently and take ownership of features and modules Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in back-end web development with Node.js Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles Experience with AWS services and deploying applications to the cloud Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases Familiarity with front-end technologies and integration (e.g., React, HTML/CSS) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Bonus Experience working in the AI industry or with AI/ML pipelines Location: Remote Type: Contract (Full-Time/Part-Time Negotiable) Industry: Technology / AI Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month Why Join Us?
