Role Overview

Backend Developer (Node.js)

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend APIs and microservices using
Node.js
.
Architect scalable systems capable of handling high traffic and data throughput.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal AI/automation modules.
Write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices.
Work with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL) to design schemas and queries.
Implement caching, queues, and performance improvements where needed.
Collaborate with frontend, data science, and DevOps teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience as a
Backend / Node.js Developer
.
Strong knowledge of
Node.js
,
Express.js
or similar frameworks.
Experience with databases:
MongoDB

PostgreSQL
, or both.
Good understanding of
RESTful API design
and microservices architecture.
Experience with
Redis
