About Us

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:Backend Development

• Design, build, and maintain backend services & APIs using

  Node.js

  .
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, shipping, analytics, etc.).
• Manage and optimize

  MongoDB

  databases for high performance and scalability.
• Develop Python scripts and microservices for automation, data processing, and backend tasks.
• Implement authentication/authorisation (JWT, OAuth).
• Optimise application performance for speed and scalability.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using

  React.js

  /

  Next.js

  (preferred) or similar frameworks.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
• Optimise frontend for speed and mobile compatibility.

Collaboration & Maintenance

• Work with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Create and run unit & integration tests for backend and frontend.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing systems.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Node.js

  with Express.js or Nest.js.

• MongoDB

  with Mongoose ORM.

• Python

  (Flask/FastAPI/Django for APIs or automation scripts).
• RESTful API design & integration.
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Frontend framework: React.js / Next.js (preferred).
• Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• AWS, Express js, Mongodb, Mongoose, Reacts, Nextjs

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Docker & containerization.
• Cloud services: AWS / GCP / Azure.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Microservices architecture.
• WebSockets for real-time applications.
• Security best practices for APIs & databases.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail & focus on quality.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 2+ years

  of full-stack development experience.
