Back End Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Back-End Associate to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines both client-facing sales responsibilities and back-end operational tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer service-driven environment while also managing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Back-End Management Responsibilities:

• Order Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee the order process, including order entry, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of garments.

• Inventory Management:

  Manage inventory of fabrics, materials, and accessories, collaborating with in-house teams and suppliers to maintain stock levels and handle reorders.

• CRM Management:

  Accurately maintain client records, including orders, measurements, and preferences, within the CRM system.

• Administrative Support:

  Schedule client appointments, manage inquiries, and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Desired Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2-3 years in a Backend Associate or customer service role, preferably within the fashion or bespoke tailoring industry. Experience in back-end operations is a plus.

• Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
