Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator located in Bangalore Urban. The Social Media Manager and Content Creator will be responsible for managing social media platforms, developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and creating engaging content. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and communicating effectively with the audience and team members to promote The Shirt Studio's brand and products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Skills in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Photography and Videography Skill for content creation
• Strong Writing and Communication abilities
• Experience with social media analytics tools and metrics
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
