This multifaceted role combines both client-facing sales responsibilities and back-end operational tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer service-driven environment while also managing operational processes. Key Responsibilities Back-End Management Responsibilities: Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the order process, including order entry, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of garments. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of fabrics, materials, and accessories, collaborating with in-house teams and suppliers to maintain stock levels and handle reorders. CRM Management: Accurately maintain client records, including orders, measurements, and preferences, within the CRM system. Administrative Support: Schedule client appointments, manage inquiries, and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries. Desired Profile Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a Backend Associate or customer service role, preferably within the fashion or bespoke tailoring industry. Experience in back-end operations is a plus. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
