BA - CASA - Techno-functional

You will be joining Mizuho Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Analyst for CASA. The company values a culture driven by ethical values and diversity in its talent pool, guided by pillars of Mutual Respect, Discipline, and Transparency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Planning & Promotion as BA - Validate business requirements with use cases during the prototyping phase - Introduce new work procedures and workarounds - Conduct studies to analyze system effectiveness and cycle time - Provide training to users locally and overseas - Assist in User Acceptance Testing and liaise with End Users, Vendors, and Head Office - Prepare System and Operation manuals - Conduct Client Impact Analysis and Support Customer Notification - Management & Reporting - Support the Team in managing CASA-related IT Projects - Facilitate system function and workflow design - Monitor task progress, manage issues & risks, and provide support - Provide insights and feedback for project planning - Regular reporting on regional progress, challenges, and success to BA leads **Role-Specific Duties:** **Vice President (VP):** - Lead Entire projects strategically with full ownership - Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader - Represent the organization in discussions with top management and external stakeholders **Assistant Vice President (AVP):** - Oversee project execution and coordinate between teams - Develop detailed analyses and maintain organized documentation **Senior Officer (SO):** - Support daily tasks including documentation and reporting - Assist in translating requirements into actionable solutions **Mandate - Required Skills/Experiences/Personalities:** - Strong communication skills with technical proficiency in Banking - Experience in Middle and Back-Office CASA operations - Hands-on experience in Business Analysis activities - Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Agile/Scrum - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality requirement documentation - Experience in project implementation and international interaction - Masters Degree preferably majoring in Science or IT If you are interested in this role, you can send your resume to mgs.rec@mizuho-cb.com along with details about your availability for face-to-face interviews, notice period, total & relevant experience, current & expected CTC, and current residential location in Mumbai.
