MAKE AN IMPACT

• 8+ years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, ideally in

  AI-driven product development or data transformation programs

  .


• Strong experience working on

  Agentic AI

  use cases, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business requirements and actionable delivery plans.


• Proven understanding of

  AI lifecycle management

  , from ideation and data readiness to model design, testing, and deployment.


• Exposure to

  data mapping

  ,

  data migration

  , and data integration activities, preferably within enterprise-scale environments.


• Experience in managing

  cross-functional stakeholder discussions

  involving Data Science, Technology, and Business teams.


• Ability to work in

  Agile delivery

  environments, with hands-on knowledge of

  Jira

  ,

  Confluence

  , and collaboration tools.


• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills, with a focus on driving business value through data and AI initiatives.


• Prior experience in

  banking or financial services

  domains preferred.
