Role Overview -
As a key member of the HR & Operations team, the Resource Management Officer is responsible for ensuring effective workforce allocation, monitoring utilization, and aligning resources with business needs. The role involves managing bench strength, forecasting demand vs. supply, and ensuring optimal billability across projects. The candidate will play a strategic role in capacity planning, cost optimization, and supporting business growth through timely resource availability.
Key Responsibilities -
Maintain accurate records of employee allocation, bench, and project deployment.
Coordinate with Project Managers and HR to fulfill staffing requirements within SLA.
Monitor and report on resource utilization, bench strength, and pipeline requirements.
Forecast demand vs. supply gaps and prepare proactive hiring/reshuffling plans.
Support in internal mobility and cross-training to optimize workforce deployment.
Ensure compliance with organizational staffing policies and documentation standards.
Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders to review staffing plans and utilization. Collaborate with Finance/HR to track cost efficiency of deployed resources.
