✅ Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, networking, and BTL activities.
✅ Build and manage a pipeline of SME and corporate clients.
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches.
✅ Address objections (quality, warranty, pricing) and close deals.
✅ Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly revenue & account acquisition targets.
✅ Share market insights and sales forecasts with management.
✅ Travel across Delhi NCR (and occasionally pan-India) for client meetings.
🎯 Strong communication & presentation skills – ability to engage with CXOs, IT/Admin/HR Heads.
🎯 Self-driven, goal-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.
🎯 Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
🎯 Comfortable with field-based, ownership-driven responsibilities.
