Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own end-to-end B2B sales
for the office furniture portfolio including desks, chairs, workstations, storage, etc.

Develop and grow relationships with:
Co-working space operators
Design & build firms, architects, interior designers
Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
Corporates / MSMEs / institutional buyers
Identify and pursue high-potential leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and industry connections
Work closely with the design, product, and supply chain teams to offer tailored solutions to clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines in line with company objectives
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Maintain an active pipeline and report on funnel health using CRM tools
Represent the brand at relevant events, expos, and partner meetings

Preferred candidate profile

8-12 years of B2B sales experience
in office furniture or allied sectors (e.g. modular workspaces, interiors, etc.)
Prior experience with brands like
Featherlite, Nilkamal, HNI, Godrej Interio
, or similar is
highly preferred
Strong network of corporate / institutional buyers and channel partners
Experience and proven network of
co-working chains, IT/ITES companies, or fast-scaling startups
across the country.
Proven experience engaging with
architects, interior design firms, and PMCs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with long sales cycles and high-ticket deal closures
Exposure to sales CRM tools and reporting dashboards
Self-starter mindset; ability to work independently and drive results
Willingness to travel for client meetings across regions, if required
