Role Overview

B2B Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:

    Identify, target, and build partnerships with corporates, healthcare centers, gyms, and wellness ecosystems in Bangalore and beyond.
  • Sales Ownership:

    Drive end-to-end B2B sales – from prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Corporate Wellness Programs:

    Design and pitch tailored food subscription models for employee wellness, patient recovery meals, and doctor-prescribed nutrition programs.
  • Account Management:

    Build strong long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and renewals.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s ARR growth.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Track competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends to refine our corporate offering.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with nutritionists, kitchen operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in

    B2B Sales / Corporate Partnerships

    (FMCG, Food Tech, Healthcare, Wellness, SaaS with corporate focus preferred).
  • Strong corporate network in Bangalore (HR heads, admin managers, healthcare institutions, gyms, wellness companies).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to hustle, network, and open doors.
  • Passion for

    health, nutrition, and preventive healthcare

    is a big plus.
