Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager who can own and scale our corporate and healthcare partnerships. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, nutrition, and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with HR teams, founders, admin heads, hospitals, and wellness providers, and closing partnerships that scale Mama Health Co.’s reach. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, target, and build partnerships with corporates, healthcare centers, gyms, and wellness ecosystems in Bangalore and beyond. Sales Ownership: Drive end-to-end B2B sales – from prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Corporate Wellness Programs: Design and pitch tailored food subscription models for employee wellness, patient recovery meals, and doctor-prescribed nutrition programs. Account Management: Build strong long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and renewals. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s ARR growth. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends to refine our corporate offering. Collaboration: Work closely with nutritionists, kitchen operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Partnerships (FMCG, Food Tech, Healthcare, Wellness, SaaS with corporate focus preferred). Strong corporate network in Bangalore (HR heads, admin managers, healthcare institutions, gyms, wellness companies). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter mindset with ability to hustle, network, and open doors.
