Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and close deals to achieve company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business across assigned territories
  • Cold calling to generate qualified leads
  • Understand client needs and present suitable products/services
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Prepare presentations, proposals & contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences & networking events
  • Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (lead generation, prospecting, client management)
  • Strong problem-solving & objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings/events if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
