What You’ll Do

• Build and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential B2B partners.
• Own the entire deal cycle from initial conversations, proposal sharing, to closing agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients post-deal to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with internal teams.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships by providing excellent after-sales support.
• Track, monitor, and report sales performance against targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Must Haves

• 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate partnerships (preferably in consumer goods, retail, or footwear/apparel).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in negotiating and closing deals.
• Solid understanding of sales operations and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and close the loop internally to ensure client satisfaction.
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a D2C or lifestyle/footwear brand.
• Established network in retail, corporate gifting, or institutional sales.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation in footwear/apparel.
