Job Description

Job Overview*

The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of IT products and services, identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

## *Key Responsibilities*

* Develop a deep understanding of company IT products and services.

* Clearly communicate value propositions to B2B clients.

* Research and identify potential clients within target markets.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

* Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.

* Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.

* Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM systems.

* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns.

* Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market trends.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

* Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.

* Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows as needed.

## *Candidate Profile*

*Education:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or arelated field (preferred).

*Experience:*

* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or IT/B2B sales (preferred).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.

* Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills.

* Good understanding of IT products and solutions.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

* Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

* Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

* Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Compensation: This is a target-based role with both fixed and variable components.

Salary Range: ₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per Annum (based on performance).

Pay: ₹10,056.66 - ₹30,000.00 per month
