Job Title: Business Executive Role Brief: This role is a rather unique role in that it does involve sales but it is not hard-selling - it is much more about building rapport and relationships, assessing marketing dynamics and planning strategy. A successful candidate will get to meet many different kinds of people, from many walks of life (both from India and from abroad), and learn soft skills that would be an asset both within and outside of Windsor. Raw material sales, while outwardlly unglamorous, can be surprisingly fun and dynamic: we work hard, but we also laugh a lot and have fun with what we do. Website: www.windsorindia.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/windsor-specialty/ Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai 400054 Job Responsibilities: - Freshers who are interesting in doing business sales from office (upselling) - Represent a service-driven company in India specializing in supply of polymer and other raw materials for our multinational companies outside India - Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers - Assist in gathering and compiling market input and insights from market periodicals and customers where applicable - Participate in monthly strategy sessions for each allocation, and assist on implementing selling approach - Prepare pre-allocation and month-end reports - Serve as a point of contact for the logistics/operations team - Issue offers to customers and manage all related communications - Organize itineraries, schedule meetings, and handle all visit logistics, including travel and accommodations for the sales team. - Coordinate principal visits to India and manage associated logistics. - Identify and engage new potential customers - Other duties as assigned from time to time Job Requirements - Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - Empathy (an important indicator of future leadership abilities) - Flexibility to travel - Willingness to learn - Proactive approach - Honesty Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
