Profile:B2B Sales Executive - Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in B2b Sales or business development, preferably in Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software.

Position Overview

B2B Sales Executive - Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant markets.

? Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, visits, emails, and referrals.

? Understand client requirements and propose tailored hardware/software solutions (POS, ECRs, scanners, etc.).

2. Product Consultation

? Provide product demonstrations and detailed solution explanations.

? Act as a trusted advisor to clients on selecting appropriate IT products and services.

3. Sales Coordination

? Collaborate with internal departments (technical/support/logistics) to ensure accurate information, pricing, and delivery.

? Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects to clients.

? Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.

4. Client Relationship Management

? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

? Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and concerns.

5. Reporting & Target Achievement

? Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.

? Submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

? 1-4 years of experience in B2b Sales or business development, preferably in Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software.

? Freshers are also welcome.

? Prior experience with POS systems, barcode equipment, or ECRs is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

? Must own a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone for field operations.

Skills:

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Understanding of IT solutions, POS systems, and sales processes.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

? Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.

Education:

? Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
