Job Description

Role & responsibilities TATA Pravesh is hiring B2B Sales Executives (off-role) for its Metal Doors & Windows. The chosen B2B Sales Executives will be responsible for: Identifying and mapping all current and upcoming project sites within the assigned towns and territories. Scouting and visiting these project sites proactively to meet the builders /promoters regularly. Maintaining active contact with these builders / promoters Identifying and mapping key influencers of the projects like Decision Maker, Architects, Engineers etc. Coordinating with Sales Managers (SM/TSM) of the steel major on day-to-day basis. Communicating USPs of brand clearly. Ensuring seamless connect for physical product demo to builder/promoters. Achieve goals and targets in terms of reach, leads and converted sales. The chosen candidates should be able to fulfill laid down KPIs. Domain knowledge in the construction industry is necessary. Mobility: 2-wheeler essential. Locations: North - Delhi NCR, Jaipur , Jodhpur, Lucknow, Varanasi , Dehradun, Chandigarh , Ludhiana, etc. East - Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi. West- Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad. South - Bangalore , Chennai , Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Cochin, Vijayawada, Vizag. Also require MIS Executive for Mumbai Preferred candidate profile Interested candidates should have at least two years of B2B selling experience in the building materials or construction industry, like paints, cement, bath-fillings, tiles, etc. Capabilities: Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative. Experience in developing new account through cold calling. Experience in probing and understanding customer requirement. Good verbal and communication skills. Must be well versed in local language and dialects. Comfortable with use of technology (tablet, mobile phone-based apps), etc. Educational Level: Graduates Age: under 28 years The remuneration for this role will be at par with the industry standards and will be in line with the experience and skill sets of the candidate. Incentives, 2-Wheeler Allowance and Mobile Data Allowance, etc. would be provided.
