About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive who can convert leads, understand customer psychology, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Role Summary / Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting:Identifyand reach out to potential clients (cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals).
  • Pitching: Create and deliver compelling presentations toshowcaseAdsCult'sweband digital services.
  • Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions, objections, and close deals.
  • Client Relationship: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, understand their business, and ensure long-term engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work with theweb, content, and delivery teams to align client expectations with execution.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

  • Experience with cold calling and lead handling.
