Integrity, Excellence, Perseverance, Fine Judgement, and Agility
As WinZO expands its influence across the global gaming ecosystem, we’re looking for a B2B Program Manager who can position WinZO as a thought leader, ecosystem enabler, and a tech-export story from India. This is a highly strategic and storytelling-heavy role, focusing on how game developers, educational institutes, prospective employees, institutional and retail investors, players in the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystem, and global markets perceive us.

Craft and own WinZO’s B2B narrative across India and Global Business stakeholders: game developers, VCs, publishers, technology enablers, etc.

Build and drive a community of global game developers, startups by planning and executing robust programs, events, pitching sessions, Webinars, and other opportunities.

Develop brand positioning across touchpoints like India Gaming events like IGDC, Startup Mahakumbh, and Global Gaming Events like GDC, Gamescom, Brazil Game Show, and other ecosystem events. Ideate from scratch and execute WinZO’s presence at these events.

Collaborate with gaming associations across various countries.

Build and manage WinZO’s developer-facing brand presence: websites, onboarding toolkits, newsletters, pitch decks, and LinkedIn presence

Partner with global agencies to create localized B2B narratives for India and the Global interactive entertainment ecosystem

Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, product, content, and partnerships to build a cohesive ecosystem message

Own brand health across trust, perception, media coverage, and stakeholder feedback; devise mechanisms to measure and track the brand metrics related to B2B.

3+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing or strategic communications.

Strong writing and storytelling skills: can turn strategy, numbers, and ideas into compelling content

You enjoy building community, building relations, and driving engagement

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project management ability

Experience working with senior stakeholders, founders, and external policy/media teams

Exposure to gaming or developer ecosystems is a strong plus

Passion for positioning Indian companies as global technology and IP leaders; any previous experience of building a Bharat Story would be a plus
