Job Description

This role will be key in creating, structuring, managing, and expanding the B2B Partnership regional department of the company. You'll be the first partnerships lead, building the entire clinic playbook, and we'll back that with ESOPs. For the right candidate, success in this role will provide an opportunity for advancement in company management and compensation as the company grows. This structure rewards hunters who can open and activate doors. Fixed pay is lean, but upside is real, OTE 2X+ your fixed if you deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Door acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard clinics/salons/dermatologists in Mumbai first. Expansion to Delhi next.
  • Sellthrough and performance: Drive monthly velocity per door via protocol training, POSM, launch events, staff incentives, and WhatsApp/CRM nudges.
  • Key account management: Build multilevel relationships (founders, medical directors, procurement, front desk, therapists) and secure repeat business.
  • Forecasting and hygiene: Maintain weekly pipeline, time-to-first-order, reorder cadence, and collections (DSO) within target.
  • Clinic playbook: Standardize pitch, sampling, training cadences, incentive frameworks, and performance dashboards.
  • Mentor and manage 1-2 BD reps in the next 8-10 months.
  • Cross-functional: Work with the brand for localized assets, with ops for fill rates, dispatch, and billing.
  • Weekly Meeting agenda and reporting requirements: Doors opened, Trainings completed, POSM deployed, Time to first order, Reorder rate/door/month.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years selling into aesthetics/dermatology/premium beauty/medical devices with a live rolodex of clinic owners/medical directors/procurement heads at smaller local operators, local multi location chains, regional chains as well as nationals such as Kaya, Oliva, AAYNA, Bodycraft, JCB, BBlunt/Enrich, and chains like Wellness Forever/Noble Plus/Appollo.
  • Proof of sell-through leadership: you've run staff trainings, incentive programs, launch days, and turned slow doors into steady performers.
  • A hunter mindset with founder-level ownership- comfortable with lean fixed pay and high upside tied to results.
  • Solid hygiene: Strong reporting, CRM discipline, forecasting, and collections; you speak in numbers, not vibes.
  • Bonus: Experience at Allergan Aesthetics, Galderma, Merz, Cynosure, Lumenis, or premium derma D2C brands.
