B2B Outreach Specialist


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Outreach

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients (employers)
  • Present the benefits of the Apprenticeship Program and Internshala’s

end-to-end management services.

  • Conduct product demos and address client queries about subsidies,

payments, and program workflows.


2. Lead Generation

  • Identify and explore new channels (industry partnerships, events,

referrals) to generate high-quality leads.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.


3. Client Relationship & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Manage client documentation.


Qualifications

● 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client

outreach

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.

● Basic understanding of apprenticeship policies (NAPS/NATS) is a plus.
