Job Profile:

We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Consultant who can independently drive outbound lead generation campaigns, identify key decision-makers, and onboard enterprise clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, and Social Media Outreach.
• Conduct telecalling and discovery discussions with CXO-level contacts (CIO, CTO, CHRO, etc.).
• Perform market research and prospect profiling to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize campaigns using CRM tools and verified email databases.
• Acquire 6–8 new MNC or mid-size clients monthly under defined SLAs.
• Promote IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, and Contract Staffing Services globally.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach messaging and campaign ROI.
• Maintain consistent lead funnel reporting and ensure a strong follow-up mechanism.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Tech/B.Com)

  with

  1+ year experience

  in

  B2B lead generation

  .
• Proven hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., Snov.io, HubSpot, Zoho)

  , and

  email automation platforms

  .
• Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
• Experience in generating leads for

  Tech/IT Services or Workforce Solutions

• Comfortable acquiring

  global clients

  (North America, Middle East, Europe, APAC).
• Proficient in

  MS Office, PowerPoint, and professional email writing
