What you’ll own (Outcomes, not chores)


  • SQLs / Month:

     20–40 qualified meetings with brand decision-makers
  • Build clean, ICP-tight lists for 

    Automotive, Hospitality, Fashion, Consumer, Events/Festivals

     (mid-market to large).
  • Run multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn (Sales Nav), cold email (warm domains), founder-to-founder DMs, and strategic WhatsApp
  • Hand-off cleanly: agenda, discovery notes, stakeholder map, and next steps ready for the founders/EP to close.
  • Maintain CRM

You’ll excel if you have

  • 2–5 years in 

    B2B lead-gen / SDR / Growth

    , ideally at an agency, production house, or SaaS selling to marketing teams.
  • track record

     booking meetings with Marketing Heads/CMOs/Founders.
  • Copy chops: can write a punchy email in under 120 words that gets a yes.
  • Research IQ: find the right person in a 500-person org without crying.
  • Process brain: sequences, A/B tests, data loops, and you actually use them.
  • Thick skin, zero ego. You iterate, you don’t sulk.

  • Industries:

     Auto, Hospitality/Hotels, Fashion/Beauty, Consumer, Events/Festivals/IPs.
  • Titles:

     CMO, Head of Marketing/Brand, Content/Creative Head, Partnerships/Alliances, Founder/Co-founder (mid-market).
  • Offers:

     On-ground content ops, campaign films/DVCs, social/reels, event coverage, artist/festival content, performance-creative sprints, retainers.



Success metrics (quarterly)

  • 60–120 SQLs created, 70% show-up, 30–40% progress to proposal, ₹2–5 Cr pipe created, ≥2 retainers closed (with team).
  • Reply rate ≥10%, bounce ≤3%, list coverage across 4 priority sectors.


Compensation

  • Base:

     ₹3–12 LPA (experience-based)
  • Incentives:

     Per-meeting + per-qualified-oppty + % on closed retainers (uncapped).
  • Perks:

     Gear-friendly creative environment, festival/artist access, aggressive learning budget.
