Location: Onsite – CR Park (Neofox HQ) Duration: 6 Months Internship (with PPO based on performance) Stipend: Competitive This is not your “observe-from-the-shadows” internship. About the Role: You’ll work directly with the founders — helping crack strategies, build pitches, and execute ideas that shape the agency’s next chapter. Think of it as a crash course in brand building, leadership, and organized chaos. What You’ll Do: Help plan campaigns, decks, and creative strategy sprints Take notes, follow-up on meetings, and write documentation like a machine Work across functions — from ops to creative to sales — with zero ego Join key calls, track client updates, and report progress Support internal systems: hiring docs, OKRs, decks, daily check-ins What We’re Looking For: Ownership mindset — no task is too small or too vague Great writing, clear documentation, and attention to detail The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball Curiosity for how brands, agencies, and creative businesses scale Hunger to learn directly from the drivers' seat This is for someone who’s not afraid of pressure — because they know pressure makes diamonds.
