The Talent Operations Intern supports recruitment, vendor sourcing, onboarding, and workforce planning across the company. Youll work closely with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure we have the right resources in-house or freelance available for ongoing and upcoming projects. This role blends talent acquisition, vendor coordination, bandwidth planning, and people operations. What You'll Own 1. Recruitment for In-House Roles Draft job descriptions based on team and project requirements Post openings, manage applications, and conduct screening calls Coordinate interviews and maintain talent pipelines 2. Freelancer, Vendor Agency Sourcing Identify and evaluate freelancers, studios, and agencies Review portfolios, verify experience, and assess suitability Coordinate availability, timelines, and commercial discussions 3. Bandwidth Resource Planning Join daily business planning meetings Track internal and external bandwidth Support the sales and project teams by keeping talent resource-ready for upcoming work 4. This is a Founders Office Internship which basically means youll be working on the things that matter most to the business at any given point.
