Role Overview:

Founder's Office Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Executive Assistant to the Founder's Office, managing schedules, meetings, and key tasks.
• Assist in drafting proposals, client communications, and other important documents.
• Work on strategic initiatives and support leadership in execution planning.
• Coordinate and track tasks across different teams to ensure timely completion.
• Research and prepare briefing materials for key discussions and meetings.
• Handle special projects assigned by the leadership team as needed.

  Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant productivity tools.
• Familiarity with AI Tools (optional but preferred).
