Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach HR leaders, L&D teams, and CXOs in corporates and colleges
• Present and pitch our

  AI Interview Platform

  as a game-changing solution for hiring and training
• Nurture leads, build long-term partnerships, and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve positioning and messaging
• Track sales KPIs and continuously optimize sales efforts

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 1–4 years of experience in

  B2B HRTech or SaaS sales

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A strong network in the corporate HR / recruitment ecosystem (bonus)

• Experience selling to learning & development or talent acquisition teams

• Hunger to work in a fast-growing startup and make a direct impact
