About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, analytical, and growth-driven professional to join our team. This is a key role for someone who loves combining market research, data analysis, B2B strategy, lead generation, and creative digital outreach to drive tangible results.

Responsibilties

>Market Research & Data Analysis

>Visual Dashboarding

>B2B Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

>Manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and follow-ups

>Content Creation & Campaign Strategy

Tools (Good to have)

>Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Klaviyo

>Ads: LinkedIn Ads

>B2B Prospecting: Apollo.io, RocketReach, Hunter.io

>Automation & CRM: (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)

>Generative AI for content and strategy support

Qualification

>2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, research, or B2B growth roles

>Strong analytical and research skills

>Experience in B2B outreach, sales funnels, and CRM systems

>Proficiency in creating dashboards and data-driven storytelling

>Creativity in content and campaign execution

>Excellent verbal and written communication skills

>Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team

Bonus: Familiarity with global buyer behavior and international market dynamics
