About the Role:

Arogya Wellness is a premium NABH-accredited wellness and naturopathy center pioneering integrated lifestyle disease reversal, weight management, and preventive healthcare. We are expanding our B2B Corporate Wellness & Diagnostics vertical and looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to grow our corporate partnerships, wellness check-ups, and preventive health program sales across Sonipat and the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target corporate clients, industrial clusters, business parks, and institutions for integrated wellness and diagnostics services.
  • Promote Arogya’s unique preventive health check-ups, diabetes reversal, stress management, and chronic care programs.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, local market visits, and digital channels.
  • Plan and execute wellness camps, tie-ups with HR departments, and on-site screenings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, CXOs, and insurance/TPA partners.
  • Explain diagnostic services, coverage options, and benefits to corporate clients.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support for corporate accounts.
  • Drive client renewals, upselling, and add-on services.

Market & Technical Expertise

  • Keep up-to-date on local market trends in diagnostics and corporate wellness.
  • Understand diagnostic procedures, preventive protocols, and wellness compliance.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Track competitor activity and provide insights to the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in B2B sales: healthcare, diagnostics, corporate wellness, or insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive health check-ups, diagnostic services, or wellness products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of Sonipat/Delhi NCR corporate and industrial landscape.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within territory.

  • Arogya Wellness Center, Murthal, Sonipat (NH44, Delhi NCR)
  • Field travel across Haryana & NCR region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,223.29 - ₹33,582.71 per month
