Job Description

Arogya Wellness is India’s next-generation integrative wellness and naturopathy platform, offering NABH-accredited lifestyle disease reversal, weight loss, and holistic healing programs. We are seeking an ambitious, performance-driven B2B Sales Executive to build and grow our corporate wellness partnerships and healthcare insurance alliances across Sonipat and Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential corporates, industries, and business clusters for wellness packages, preventive health check-ups, and employee benefit plans.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to generate leads and close large-value corporate wellness contracts.
  • Leverage your network and local market knowledge to build a strong pipeline.

Corporate Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and decision-makers.
  • Educate clients on Arogya’s unique integrated wellness offerings: diabetes reversal, stress management, weight loss, and chronic care.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of corporate clients and coordinate wellness camps and on-site health events.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local corporate insurance needs.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to design wellness-linked preventive care add-ons.
  • Present compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and close win-win deals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience in B2B sales — healthcare, insurance, wellness, or employee benefits preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Sonipat & Delhi NCR corporate landscape strongly preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹141,995.70 - ₹669,973.65 per year
