Story99.com is a story-led marketing & brand partner for 50-500 size tech / deep-tech / B2B companies. Do check out the site to understand the kind of work that we do.


In short, we do insights-based rebranding, narrative fixing and video-stories for primarily B2B clients (mostly tech & deep-tech). But for some clients, we also run their entire brand and marketing track. You will be onboarded for one such client in Delhi.


Story99 is on a 0-1 journey presently and the early team is being put together - the team that gets to shape the future of the company. Prior to launching Story99, the founder - Amrit Vatsa - built and scaled a similar marketing consulting company from 2 to a 15 people team. WHO IS THIS ROLE FOR?

(Story99 B2B Content Marketing Manager - NCR)


In terms of your experience / skills / personality

This role is for you if you’ve had a 3 years + B2B marketing experience and are willing to work from a client office in NCR (Vasant Kunj) - 5 days a week.


You are someone who is good at writing (while AI can make the job faster - and you are expected to make use of AI tools - if you don’t inherently understand what good writing is, the final output will always look avg / generic - which we don’t want).


You know how to collaborate and follow up with various people to get your job done, while showing patience and kindness at all times.


You have experience with marketing-ops like setting up newsletters, using a CRM, running basic ad campaigns on Meta, managing Linkedin posting (thinking, scheduling, writing and coordinating with a visual designer / video-editor when needed).


In terms of career path / aspirations

This role is for you if you want to become better at B2B marketing and brand strategy; if you would like to be part of a movement around improving the storytelling from Indian B2B, tech & deep-tech companies.


Over time, you will experience different kinds of clients - from EdTech to deep-tech like semiconductor to AI product companies.


And you will definitely learn a thing or two about what it means to build a brand (beyond just marketing / content).


WHAT WOULD YOU GET TO DO AS PART OF THIS ROLE

While the specifics may evolve over time, below is how life is going to be like, to begin with:


  • You represent Story99 for the client and work from their office (Vasant Kunj, Delhi)
  • Story99 is mandated to run the content, marketing & external communications track for the client - your job is to run the show (it’s an ed-tech company)
  • At all times, you will be guided and mentored and backed up by Amrit (founder, Story99) and the leadership from the client-side
  • You will have access to (remote) graphic-designer / video-editor for the kind of work where that’s needed, but you need to be a good writer yourself
  • You will need to coordinate with different teams (on the client side) to get the source for various content etc (mostly event updates)
  • Your primary work is going to be managing content marketing in the beginning , with a bit of ads to promote few offerings; the content would be (this is indicative):
  • Linkedin communication (posts - could be text, posters, photo-based or videos - but nothing just for the sake of it, everything well thought of) - around 15 to 20 a month
  • Email / whatsapp communication - 2 to 4 times a month (based on what the other teams are up to)
  • 3 very well curated newsletters every month
  • One ad campaign management with monthly budget of Rs. 30-50k 
  • Single point of contact for any changes that may be needed for the website (occasionally)
  • 50% of the content could be planned on a Monday every week - and rest 50% as the week goes
  • Leadsquare is the CRM that the client uses to manage the newsletters / communication
  • 1:1s with Amrit on overall brand / marketing strategy - focusing on this client but also around the overall work that Story99 may be up to at any point of time.


SALARY, LOCATION & JOINING

Delhi NCR (work from client office - Vasant Kunj) - joining immediate - 01 Aug 2025


  • Fixed pay: 12 LPA
  • Variable pay: None
  • ESOPs: None
  • Additional: Personal mentorship from Amrit, founder - Story99 (weekly 1:1 where you are free to discuss anything)
