The Opportunity We're seeking a Co-Founder to lead our Marketing Operations and GTM strategy execution. As our Marketing Ops Co-Founder, you'll architect and execute the systems that drive our own growth while working alongside clients to build theirs. What You'll Own Strategic Planning & Growth Architecture Develop and execute RYVR's marketing strategy and GTM roadmap Design scalable marketing systems and processes that compound growth Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews Build and optimize our marketing tech stack and automation workflows Client Management & Growth Manage relationships with key enterprise and growth-stage clients Lead client strategy sessions and GTM workshops Drive client retention, expansion, and success metrics Develop case studies and success stories that fuel our growth Content & Brand Systems Create thought leadership content that positions RYVR as the GTM experts Build content systems that educate, qualify, and convert prospects Develop playbooks, frameworks, and templates for internal and client use Manage our content calendar and publication strategy Marketing Operations & Analytics Set up and optimize our CRM, marketing automation, and analytics stack Design and execute multi-channel marketing experiments Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and ROI Build dashboards and reporting systems for data-driven decision making Social Media & Community Building Grow our LinkedIn presence and thought leadership positioning Engage with the GTM, SaaS, and startup communities Create and manage social media content calendars Build partnerships with industry influencers and communities What We're Looking For Must-Haves: 15+ years of B2B marketing operations or growth marketing experience Proven track record in strategic planning and execution Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing metrics and ROI Excellent written communication and content creation skills Experience with marketing tech stacks (CRM, automation, analytics tools) Client management and relationship building experience Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution Nice-to-Haves: Agency or consultancy experience Experience with B2B SaaS or tech services companies Knowledge of AI/automation tools and workflows Experience building and scaling marketing teams Background in GTM strategy or revenue operations Personal Qualities: Systems thinker who builds for scale Data-driven but moves with speed Founder-aligned and comfortable with ambiguity Passionate about helping other companies grow Research and Analytical mindset
