Job Description

B2B Content Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Creation

Lead content strategy across long-form articles, social media, whitepapers, and case studies.
Develop industry-specific content for IT, ITES, and engineering services.
Manage content on WordPress, HubSpot, and other CMS platforms.
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all outputs.

Executive Leadership Program Management

Design and execute personal branding strategies for C-suite executives.
Develop and manage LinkedIn content calendars, profile optimization, and engagement plans.
Create weekly high-impact social content aligned with executive thought-leadership goals.
Track, analyze, and report social media metrics and ROI.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct secondary research on technology, engineering services, and target industries.
Create detailed market analysis reports focused on B2B and B2G sectors.
Analyze competitive landscapes and identify opportunities.
Synthesize findings into actionable insights.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as primary point of contact for executive clients.
Present strategies, reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success.
Maintain strong relationships through consistent communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum
7 years of experience
in content marketing within technology or engineering services.
Experience managing executive branding programs.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders.
