Job Description

SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

Provisioning & Deprovisioning:

Create and configure AVD session hosts and host pools based on user requirements.
Decommission unused or obsolete virtual desktops in alignment with lifecycle policies.

Right-Sizing & Optimization:

Monitor AVD performance and usage metrics.
Recommend and implement resource adjustments to optimize cost and performance.

Technical Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for SurePrep-related AVD issues.
Troubleshoot connectivity, profile, and application-related problems.
Collaborate with Intune, networking, and identity teams for cross-functional support.
