Azure Cloud Practice Lead

You will lead the Azure practice by defining standards, mentoring teams, architecting large-scale solutions, and partnering with customers to deliver robust, secure, and scalable cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the 

  Azure Cloud Practice

   define vision, roadmap, and best practices for cloud adoption and modernization.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end 

  Azure infrastructure

   solutions including compute, storage, networking, security, and identity.
• Drive 

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

   adoption using 

  Terraform

  , 

  Bicep

  , or 

  ARM templates

   for consistent and automated deployments.
• Design and implement 

  automation frameworks

   using 

  Python

   or 

  PowerShell

   for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Partner with business and delivery teams to shape 

  cloud transformation strategies

   and solution proposals.
• Ensure technical governance, cost optimization, and compliance across all Azure projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing 

  Azure engineering team

  , fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to enable smooth CI/CD and operations.
• Stay updated on emerging 

  Azure technologies

   and drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 

  7+ years in Azure Cloud Infrastructure

  .
• Proven expertise in 

  Azure architecture, design, and implementation

   for enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong hands-on skills in 

  Terraform

  , 

  Bicep

  , or 

  ARM Templates

   (IaC).
• Proficiency in 

  Python scripting

   for automation and integration.
• Deep understanding of 

  Azure Networking, Compute, Storage, Security

  , and 

  Identity (AAD)

  .
• Experience in 

  hybrid and on-premises integration

  , migrations, and modernization.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and leading cloud initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of 

  Azure DevOps

  , CI/CD, governance, and cost management practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
