Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory Domain Controllers, Sites, Site Links, and Subnets.
  • Design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policies for enterprise customers.
  • Monitor AD health and proactively address issues.
  • Troubleshoot AD authentication failures and account lockout issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain AD Integrated and Non-AD Integrated DNS Zones.
  • Install, configure, and maintain DFSR and Namespace.
  • Scripting and Automation:

  • Develop PowerShell scripts for AD object auditing, report generation, and troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory Cleanup:

  • Perform cleanup of inactive users, computers, GPOs, stale DNS records, sites, site links, and subnets.
  • Manage DNS aging and scavenging.
  • Integration and Migration:

  • Integrate LDAP/LDAPS with customer applications.
  • Manage FSMO roles (transfer/seize).
  • Perform Active Directory backup and restore.
  • Restore single or multiple objects from the AD Recycle Bin.
  • Troubleshoot trust-related issues.
  • Migrate Active Directory objects (users, groups, computers, servers, apps) from one forest to another.
  • Monitor and maintain SYSVOL health.
  • Upgrade Domain Controllers to higher versions of the operating system.
  • Consolidate Domain Controllers.
  • Extend Active Directory to cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain NTP for enterprise infrastructure.
  • Perform AD domain migration using QMM and ADMT tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
  • Install, configure, and maintain PKI environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ADFS infrastructure and migrate ADFS to Azure AD.
  • Use Azure AD Connect tool to troubleshoot and fix issues.
  • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Managed Domain, MFA, Enterprise Apps, App Registration, CAP, Azure AD Sync issues, B2B, B2C, RBAC, PIM, Guest User, and Risk Identity Protection).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Active Directory and Azure AD administration.
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory management.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with AD migrations and integrations.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Azure AD and related services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Active Directory, Azure AD, or related technologies.
  • Experience in consulting roles with a focus on identity management solutions
