Ayurvedic Sales Executive - KRA Description1. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for ayurvedic products. Promote and sell company’s Ayurvedic medicines, OTC, wellness, and personal care products. Focus on growing sales in retail, wholesale, clinics, and ayurvedic centers. 2. Market Expansion & Coverage9 Increase product reach by onboarding new retail counters, clinics, pharmacies, and ayurvedic practitioners. Develop new territories and ensure effective beat planning. Maintain doctor coverage as per call norms (e.g., 8-10 doctors per day). 3. Doctor & Practitioner Engagement Regular visits to Ayurvedic doctors, general physicians, and health professionals. Educate and detail the therapeutic benefits of products. Organize CMEs, product demos, and sampling activities to build brand trust. 4. Distributor & Channel and manage distributors and stockiest. Ensure timely order booking, product supply, and payment collection. Monitor stock levels and maintain healthy product availability. 5. Product Knowledge & Training Keep updated on product composition, USPs, indications, dosage, and competitive products. Train retailers, doctors, and internal teams on ayurvedic product benefits and usage. 6. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with channel partners and healthcare providers. Handle complaints, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. 7. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily sales reports (DSR), doctor call reports, and market feedback. Update on competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights. Use CRM or mobile sales app if applicable. 8. Brand Building & Promotion Execute marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions. Distribute promotional materials like leaflets, samples, standees, etc. Represent the brand in ayurvedic trade fairs, camps, and wellness events. 9. Compliance & Ethics Follow regulatory norms of Ayurveda product promotion (AYUSH).
