Market Expansion & Coverage9 Increase product reach by onboarding new retail counters, clinics, pharmacies, and ayurvedic practitioners. Develop new territories and ensure effective beat planning. Maintain doctor coverage as per call norms (e.g., 8-10 doctors per day). 3. Doctor & Practitioner Engagement Regular visits to Ayurvedic doctors, general physicians, and health professionals.
