About the Role:

AWS Cloud Engineer

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage cloud infrastructure following client standards (ALB, Domain, WAF, ACL, EC2, Kubernetes, etc.)
Secure the environment through WAF, routing, policy management, and enabling SSO/MFA
Patch and maintain infrastructure components (EC2, databases, web servers, applications)
Upgrade end-of-life (EOL/EOS) infrastructure and manage migrations
Create and manage IAM roles, access permissions, and policies
Enable and secure AWS services as required
Set up cost guardrails and implement cost monitoring/reporting
Monitor system performance, uptime, and alerts
Handle tickets, incidents, and escalations efficiently
Ensure platform/data compliance with security and audit requirements
Conduct and support audits, resolve findings as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

3–6 years
of hands-on experience in
AWS Cloud Engineering
Strong expertise in
EC2, VPC, IAM, WAF, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route53, RDS
Knowledge of
containerization (EKS/Kubernetes)
Experience with
infrastructure-as-code tools
(Terraform, CloudFormation)
Strong understanding of
networking, routing, and security policies
Proficiency in
Linux administration
and
scripting (Python/Bash)
Good understanding of
cost optimization and monitoring tools
Experience with
incident management and cloud compliance standards
